Datanamics supports Teleworkers for GREAT WEST LIFE

Broadband connectivity supports flexible work schedules and saves money

 

 

September, 2002, Las Vegas, Nevada – Datanamics, Inc. has announced a support contract to provide “The Gold Standard of Service” to several hundred teleworkers for Great West Life Insurance Company with broadband connections to the Internet.  The project supports workers across North America with 24/365 technical assistance for network connectivity and application questions for Microsoft Office and email.

 

Headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, Great West Life made the decision to outsource some key areas of the technical operation in order to economize.  They saw a need to support a variety of skill levels from the novice to highly skilled teleworkers and after careful research decided to team with Datanamics as their support partner.  The user group is expected to double in size over the next 12 months and allow Great West Life to increase their productivity, while keeping their expenses in check.
