XybernautÒ and Datanamics Integrate Mobile/Wearable Computers
With Productivity Services for Hospitality and
Travel/Leisure Sectors
"Point of Task" Performance, Customer
Service Improvements are Primary Focus
FAIRFAX,
VA and LAS VEGAS, NV, June 20, 2002 -- XybernautÒ Corporation (Nasdaq: XYBR)
and Datanamics, Inc. today announced an agreement under which Datanamics joins Team
XybernautÔ as a value-added reseller.
The firms will develop and deploy wearable computers and related services to
business customers in the hospitality, entertainment, and travel/leisure

The
staff-operated, mobile/wearable computers speed the registration process by

electronic keys and proceed to their rooms from virtually anywhere on hotel
grounds – without waiting at a normal hotel check-in counter.
Xybernaut
wearable, mobile computers, configured with Datanamics software, are already
being shipped to several customers, including lodging properties within major
hotel chains. Under the relationship, Datanamics will provide
staging and shipment of equipment; configuration, integration and testing of
equipment at joint customer sites; equipment support (maintenance and repair);
software support and first-line technical support.
Both
Xybernaut and Datanamics anticipate increased interest in integrated wearable
computers from customers and prospects in a variety of global market sectors.

mobile/wearable computing are already being realized in the broad category of
Field Force Automation across a wide variety of industry segments and Xybernaut
is a recognized market leader," stated Kami Taylor, vice president for
market development at Datanamics.

patron registration/check-in, concierge, facility maintenance, point of sale
